Upload a lab report, echo report, discharge letter or a photo of the echo machine screen, in English or Arabic. Age, weight, height, BP, pulse, labs (any unit) and echo measurements are read out and then filled in automatically when you open GRACE, the echo sections, PREVENT, eGFR and the other calculators. For privacy the patient's name, address, phone and record number are not read; each patient gets an automatic medical number instead (1, 2, 3… / today's date).

Private: text recognition (English + Arabic) runs in your browser and the file never leaves the device. Best for clear typed reports and PDFs; the first use downloads the reader (≈ 8 MB) from this site.
More accurate for photos of screens, tables and handwriting. The file is sent to an AI model (Anthropic Claude via Netlify AI Gateway) for this one request; it is not stored by Cardio.tools. Name, address, phone and record numbers are removed from text and typed PDFs on this device first, and the AI is told not to read them from photos. Follow your local policy on sharing patient information, and crop identifiers out of photos where you can.
