BMI & BSA — body mass index and body surface area
Calculates body mass index and body surface area together from one set of measurements in metric or imperial units. BMI is classified by the WHO adult categories with the healthy weight range for the height entered; BSA is given by the Mosteller, Du Bois, Haycock and Gehan-George formulas for indexing echo measurements, cardiac output and valve areas.
