SYNTAX score
Scores every ≥ 50% lesion in vessels ≥ 1.5 mm using Leaman segment weights by dominance, plus total occlusion, bifurcation, trifurcation, calcification, tortuosity and diffuse-disease modifiers. Tertiles (0–22, 23–32, ≥ 33) drive guideline recommendations for left main and 3-vessel disease.

Coronary dominance
Changes the weighting of the LM, circumflex and RCA segments
Score every lesion with ≥ 50% diameter stenosis in a vessel ≥ 1.5 mm. Tandem lesions less than three reference-vessel diameters apart count as one lesion.

Tap once for 50–99% stenosis, twice for total occlusion, three times to clear
