LV diastolic function — echo grading
Applies the ASE/EACVI 2016 algorithms: algorithm A detects diastolic dysfunction when LVEF is normal, and algorithm B estimates LA pressure and grades dysfunction (I–III) when LVEF is reduced or myocardial disease is present. LA reservoir strain is shown as a supportive marker.
