LV hypertrophy — mass & geometry
Calculates LV mass with the ASE cube formula, indexes it to body surface area, and combines it with relative wall thickness to classify LV geometry as normal, concentric remodelling, concentric hypertrophy or eccentric hypertrophy. Grades LVH and wall thickness severity, and flags asymmetric septal hypertrophy suggestive of HCM.
