Modified Framingham (Canada)

The Framingham general CVD risk score (D'Agostino 2008) as used by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society: the risk is doubled when a first-degree relative had premature CVD (men < 55, women < 65 years). Categories < 10%, 10–19.9% and ≥ 20% drive the 2021 CCS statin recommendations, including LDL-C, non-HDL-C and HOPE-3 criteria at intermediate risk.
